1. Use of the Service

Delulu provides an ephemeral, anonymous social platform. The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use the service in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this service. By using the application, you represent that you meet this requirement. Use by individuals under 13 is strictly prohibited.

3. User Conduct

You are solely responsible for all content you publish on the platform. You agree not to use the service to:

• Post, transmit, or share content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Distribute unsolicited commercial content, spam, or automated submissions.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user's enjoyment of the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its related systems.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to restrict access to the service for any user whose conduct we determine to be in violation of these terms or harmful to the community, without prior notice.

4. Content Ephemerality

All content published on Delulu is temporary by design. You acknowledge and agree that all posts, messages, and interactions are automatically and permanently removed from our platform on a regular cycle. We provide no archiving, recovery, or backup services for user-generated content.

5. Content Moderation

We provide in-application tools that allow users to report content or other users that they believe violate these terms. We review reports and may take action, including content removal and access restriction, at our sole discretion.

We do not pre-screen user content but reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

The Delulu application, its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content on the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be indicated by an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
